Basic Purpose of the Role
To generate, working collaboratively with the franchise, actionable business insights that drive data-driven decision-making. Leverage, as required, advanced analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques and effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Play a crucial role in promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organisation and ensuring the company stays at the forefront of innovation in analytics and business insights.
Accountabilities
Understand the franchise strategy and operational priorities to generate actionable business insights and drive data-driven decision-making whether this is through secondary data analysis or primary market research. Derive insights through utilising existing dashboards, implementing advanced analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques as needed.
Collaborates and challenges cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop appropriate analytical approaches to address them effectively with either secondary care data, primary market research or a combination. Champions the use of Incap for deriving commercial insights on market and competitor landscapes
Lead and manage the end to end forecasting process across both the annual Outlook + 1 and LTF cycles.
