Marketing Executive
This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join this Bromborough based office. You will be responsible for driving and implementing the overall marketing strategy online and offline.
This role aims to increase brand awareness, develop strategies and content to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to all platforms. You’ll be working with the Head of Marketing along with other key stakeholders across the UK network of stores.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic and tactical execution of creative and engaging marketing campaigns, executing marketing strategies and planning marketing events such as trade shows.
2. Lead and manage the day-to-day running of all paid social media campaigns, managing all activity end to end with the aim of acquiring new customers.
3. Designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation. Managing the content calendar for social media.
4. Responsible for building a catalogue of hyper local & regional marketing knowledge for all store locations to grow local brand awareness & community engagement.
5. Find ways to make customers feel connected to the brand and build customer loyalty through targeted campaigns.
6. Ensure the branch network has up to date and consistent POS in line with brand guidelines by liaising with both area and branch managers.
7. Support in marketing budget management.
Experience:
1. Approximately 3 years’ experience of Marketing/Communications experience
2. Good working knowledge of all core marketing areas, including content marketing, copywriting, multi-media, social media, direct marketing, and promotional marketing
3. Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
4. Excellent time management – you’ll be managing multiple social accounts using these to target new audiences and report on results generated, coupled with the ability to simultaneously control various projects
5. Experience of managing marketing budgets and the ability to analyse the ROI on all marketing campaigns
6. ‘Think outside the box’ mentality – We want to push the boundaries!
7. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
