We are seeking to recruit dynamic, motivated and professional Junior sister/charge nurse. You must be keen to learn and will be supported and developed to ensure that you have the skills and competencies to look after our most unwell level 2 patients. You will also be supported to develop your own management style, working alongside the ward manager. The successful candidate must have good communication and organisational skills. A previous teaching/mentorship course. A background in Respiratory medicine is desirable but not essential. All Band 6 nurses are required to participate in internal rotation to ensure senior leadership over the 24 hour period.
