This will incorporate clinical assurance, infection and prevention control measures, human resources, finance and procurement, patient experience, safeguarding and patient safety initiatives. Provide professional and operational leadership, demonstrating expert nursing knowledge and advice to the multi-disciplinary team, promoting and maintaining standards of professional practice that enhance the quality of care for patients, carers and relatives.
