Holland & Barrett is seeking an experienced HR & Communications Business Partner to join our innovative Technology team. This pivotal role will place you at the heart of our business transformation, partnering closely with our tech managers to shape a people-first culture that drives performance, engagement, and growth. As a strategic partner to the Technology organisation, you will manage all HR aspects and act as a trusted advisor on talent management, people development, and employee relations. Your ability to craft and deliver effective internal communication strategies will be essential in ensuring that our teams are informed, engaged, and aligned with our business goals. Key Accountabilities Employee Relations & Support: Lead employee relations processes, including managing disciplinary actions and performance improvements, with the support of the central Employee Relations team. Performance Management: Guide managers through the end-to-end performance management process, including talent calibrations, and analyse data trends to inform strategic HR decisions. People Development: Drive the development of our technology team by delivering training and coaching managers on career and competency frameworks, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting other development initiatives. Organisation & Change Management: Lead and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and manage organisational change, partnering with HR colleagues across the business. Internal Communications: Develop and implement communication strategies that align with company objectives, including crafting engaging content, managing the intranet, and coordinating internal events. Crisis Communication: Support the organisation with clear, effective communication during crises or emergencies, ensuring that employees are well-informed and reassured. Location: This role is based in Nuneaton 1- 2 days per week. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements. Experience: 6-8 years in Human Resources, with a strong background in Employee Relations Management, particularly within the UK & Ireland. Experience in partnering with Technology teams is essential. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK&I employment law and practical HR experience. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for a diverse audience. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with and influence challenging stakeholders, coupled with a knack for problem-solving and critical thinking. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to execute HR initiatives effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Thrives under pressure, managing multiple priorities with ease, and exhibits intellectual curiosity, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
