Job Description
The Role
Express new ideas, take initiative and save lives. Others talk about being brave, at IC24, we're made that way.
From providing high quality integrated urgent care for over six million people, to thinking of innovative solutions for our patients - every role at IC24 is made to be brave.
We are looking for new NHS 111 Clinical Advisors to join our rapidly growing network of colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and dynamic work culture.
You must be a registered adult Nurse or Paramedic with 2 years of recent experience in primary care or an A&E setting in the Ashford, Ipswich, or Norwich region. Potential to develop into hybrid working from 6 months!
A Clinical Advisor saves lives with their voice. Is this you? If so, it'll be your job to carry out complex clinical triage: providing assessment, advice, and information to the patient. You will also support and assist our call handlers in the management of critical situations, while ensuring patient safety in an efficient and timely manner. At IC24 we take pride in working as a team to help our communities.
We provide paid training and career development opportunities including funding to develop as an ACP/UCP. This is an exciting time to join IC24.
Who are we?
We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not for profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient-focused primary care services. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
