Key Responsibilities:
As a KS2 Classroom Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging active participation and a love for learning.
* Track and support students' progress, offering timely feedback and targeted interventions as needed.
* Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in Key Stage 2.
* In-depth knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their holistic development.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
