Our esteemed client, recognised by the Legal 500, is seeking a Company Secretarial Administration Assistant with prior secretarial or administrative experience within a Law Firm to join their dynamic and supportive Corporate Finance department.

What will be expected from you?
Ability to draft simple correspondence unsupervised and confidently produce legal documents and correspondence as and when required
Ability to prepare Companies House forms, board minutes and resolutions using precedents under supervision
Ability to set up and maintain files (both electronic and hard files) effectively and efficiently
Excellent organisational ability and a personable but professional attitude
