Main Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities: To provide effective support to the Marketing Team to meet the marketing objectives Carry out a range of administrative tasks and be able to provide cover for other team members where required Other ad-hoc marketing and communications and college activities as directed by the Marketing and Communications Manager and the Senior Marketing Officer To support student ambassadors and teaching staff involvement in marketing and recruitment activities as appropriate Build and maintain relationships with schools To act as an excellent representative for the college, supporting promotional and recruitment events as required (e.g. Open Evenings, school visits etc.) Contribute to the communications, PR, advertising, events, website and publications delivered by the marketing team Contribute to improving internal communications and conducting market research Media responsibilities: Create and edit videos for internal and external use Capture and edit photos for promotional materials (e.g. college events, student headshots, campus photos, etc) Help to prepare clear, accurate and concise content for internal and externalmarketing materials including website, social media, media, presentations, corporate publications and events Support the co-ordination and production of college publicity materials
