All products are prepared in the factory at Manchester daily to each customer's specifications, packaged and labelled to and above legislation and then delivered directly throughout the UK.

About the Role
As a Dispatch and Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all aspects of transport & goods dispatch from the Milton Keynes depot.
You will be overseeing the entire operation in the absence of the Transport Operations Manager; this is a business-critical role.
Working hours are 5 days from 6 from Monday to Saturday, 02.00 to 12.00 midday, with additional flexibility as required to meet the needs of the business.
Main Responsibilities
Being a key holder, you will be responsible for opening the depot, the setup of the daily operation and the overall security of the site.
Maintain the depot, including basic maintenance and cleaning.
Unload two trucks which are delivering to the depot with the daily deliveries.
Organise, oversee, and load vehicles with the loading team, prioritising routes and workload and managing the loading team.
Develop and allocate the delivery routes to all drivers, react to any absences, and ensure all vehicles are dispatched, collaborating with management to modify daily routes to accommodate customer needs.
Communicate with colleagues regarding any issues that arise due to vehicle accidents, breakdowns, traffic hold-ups, etc., to establish new routes for timely deliveries.
Daily reporting to Transport Operations Manager.
Act as a communication liaison and answer incoming phone calls from drivers, cultivating strong relationships with drivers and customers.We would welcome applications with the following skills or experience: warehouse supervisor, dispatch supervisor, transport planner, transport administrator, transport supervisor, distribution, logistics, customer service, communication, planning, IT literate, Excel, scheduling, reporting, and FLT.
