About The Role
Fareham Borough Council is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our small, dedicated team. This role involves key responsibilities such as:
1. The cleaning of the Civic Offices to a high standard
2. Opening and closing the Civic Offices
3. Providing First Aid support as required
4. Assistance in the event of a fire emergency, amongst other duties
You will work as part of a team of six on a rota basis, typically Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 19:00, or until the Civic Offices closes after late meetings and events.

About You
We are looking for a positive and dependable individual who can work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate a commitment to quality customer service. You will support the Facilities Team in ensuring that employees have a suitable and effective working environment within the offices.
The successful applicant will be willing to undertake or hold a First Aid qualification.
Flexibility is a key requirement as you will be required to cover for late meetings/events and attend training sessions.
