Recently awarded 2 Michelin Keys, and rated number 1 by Condé Naste Readers’ Choice, The Fife Arms Hotel, located in the village of Braemar (Scotland) is recruiting a Front Office Porter.
As a Porter, you will consistently provide first class service to our guests, exceeding the expectations of their experience in every aspect of their stay.
As Porter you will be responsible for:
1. Providing an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check out.
2. Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring a smooth transition from the entrance to the Reception desk.
3. Safely handling and transporting guests’ luggage to their rooms or other designated areas.
4. Ensuring the safety and security of guests by conducting regular walk abouts throughout the hotel, ensuring that fire doors are closed and that there are no health & safety hazards.
5. Ensuring a presence on the front desk throughout the day, completing the Porter checklist.
6. Ensuring guests requests are delivered with efficiency and effectivity.
7. Ensuring that public areas are maintained clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing.
