Warehouse Assistance To assist in the warehouse during busy periods, This may include picking and packing orders. Processing returns which involves unpacking, inspecting and then repacking the garment to go back to stock Processing returns on the system creating credit memos and informing customers B2B Accurately entering both forward and stock orders for customers and following the forward orders through production for on time despatch to get accurate OTIF results. B2C Accurately enter and invoice customer orders on Magento Raising order confirmations. Despatching goods by DHL and other carriers if a customer requests their own carrier to be used. Raising all shipping documentation and checking for accuracy. Dealing with customers queries via e-mail and telephone. Providing documents for Letter of Credit payments. Checking availability of stock upon request of a customer via e-mail or phone. Raising credit notes/exchanges for defective garments and stock swaps. Processing invoices and consolidated invoices. Raise status order reports as and when required for Sales Representative/Key Accounts. Take payments from customers when necessary adhering to PCIDSS Training and mentoring any new members of staff. Compliance with all company policies and procedures. To undertake any training as required. HEALTH AND SAFETY To ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies relevant to role and environment To comply with risk assessments in place for working environment. To ensuring working area is kept tidy and free from any slips/trips/falls. To comply with DSE regulations and associated policies.
