S&PB Retail Ltd have over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, and Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand even further!
We provide our customers with fast-paced service in many high street locations with great tasting quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at excellent value prices.
We are now looking for a Multi-Site Shop Manager to join our team and support the management of our shops in the Barnsley area.
As a Multi-Site Shop Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing day-to-day shop operations.
* Driving sales growth.
* Training, developing, and motivating your team.
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance.
You will need to have a background in retail management and ideally have worked within a food environment; however, this is not essential. You will have a strong work ethic and a hands-on “can do” mentality.
