About the Role: As a Lymphoedema Specialist Practitioner, you will provide expert care to patients experiencing lymphoedema, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centred management tailored to the needs of those facing life-limiting conditions. This role combines hands-on patient care with the opportunity for professional development in lymphoedema management techniques, symptom relief, and palliative care. About You: To excel in this role, you should be: Registered with a relevant professional body (HCPC for physiotherapists/occupational therapists or NMC for registered nurses). Experienced in patient care, ideally with exposure to palliative care although this is not essential. Passionate about providing empathetic, holistic care to those managing lymphoedema and associated symptoms. Eager to learn and develop, especially if you’re looking to gain specialist lymphoedema qualifications or expand your palliative care knowledge. Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to work within a close-knit, multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Additional Requirements: Willingness to undertake further training if not already lymphoedema-qualified.
