Key Duties and Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualisations using BI tools e.g, Power BI, Tableau, etc.. Provide actionable insights from data analysis to enhance performance and drive strategic decisions. Work closely with the Business Intelligence Analyst SystmOne to develop a business intelligence led approach to performance management and growth. Performance Monitoring: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to design and implement the performance management framework for operational and corporate service delivery. Monitor and track KPIs and key metrics across various departments or services. Identify performance trends and anomalies, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues. Business Performance Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams -clinical, operations, corporate to understand business needs and ensure the effective utilisation of performance information for data analysis and reporting. Work closely with the SystmOne Analyst to create and to build automated reports using SystmOne and BI tools and improve the efficiency of the reporting process. Regularly review and recommend improvements to BI reports and tools used in conjunction with SystmOne to better serve healthcare goals. To provide strategic and operational advice and guidance on the use of performance management information to achieve organisational outcomes. To work collaboratively with services to understand business requirements, review process maps and Standard Operating Procedures, SOPs, ensuring that are they are current and optimised for effectiveness and provide business change management advice and support. To lead service improvement work in the area of performance management, including producing current state and future state process maps. To provide solutions, advice and guidance on how future states can be achieved. Provide project management support to specific workstreams as required. Create, assist and edit business cases, options appraisals and other required business intelligence documents as required. Work with and support senior management teams to align business strategies with performance management capabilities Develop and implement change control procedures and associated governance requirements. Develop and support the use of knowledge articles across the organisation. Assist in the development of performance improvement strategies based on data insights and analysis. Data Integration & Automation: Work on integrating data from various internal and external sources into BI systems for comprehensive analysis. Automate regular reporting tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with healthcare professionals, clinical staff, and operational teams to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights based on data. Provide Information and guidance support to staff in understanding and utilising BI tools effectively. Operate in a flexible and demanding environment with the ability to adjust working pace and pressure to meet deadlines and expectations. Support and represent the organisation at a wide range of internal and external meetings and establish effective working relationships with staff from varying roles internal and external to the organisation. Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into easy-to-understand insights. Compliance and System Optimisation: Continuously assess BI tools and systems for effectiveness and efficiency in reporting. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, in handling patient data and system access. General Any other duties as required which are commensurate with the post.
