Job Title: Social Worker – Mental Health Team
Location: Tameside
Rate: £30 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available in Tameside. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling to help clients manage mental health issues. Additionally, you will respond to mental health crises and provide immediate support and intervention. You will coordinate services and resources for clients, including housing, healthcare, and financial assistance. Furthermore, you will advocate for clients’ rights and needs within the healthcare system and the community.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
