As the Lead Architect, your role is to help manage the technical delivery of a programme of work, working closely with an Engagement Manager and a team of architects across multiple projects. Your role will be to ensure the programme of work is delivered efficiently, interfacing with key client stakeholders and providing architectural leadership and governance across the programme.
2. Project Delivery Architect – We also deliver projects for clients, for which we mobilise smaller teams (Engagement Managers, Engineers) to deliver the outcomes our client needs. As the Lead Architect, you will often own the development of key project artefacts (solution architectures, technical architectures, high-level designs, migration sequencing, roll-out approaches) and help manage the day-to-day activities of technical architects & engineers whilst working closely with key client stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for cloud architects seeking to develop their careers who have a good grounding in the following areas and senior candidates who can demonstrate a majority of the following areas of expertise:

* Experience in leading the solution design and implementation of infrastructure and cloud projects.
* Helping to manage dependencies, risks, and requirements between stakeholders in the change delivery. Good all-round understanding of architecture frameworks, architecture artefacts and governance. Knowledge of project costing, estimating and commercial awareness.
* Architectural appreciation of operability, reliability, security, performance, and sustainability (in the context of infrastructure and cloud platform architectures). Coach and mentor other team members to share knowledge and experience and help grow the team.
