We are currently seeking a motivated Office Administrator based in West Bromwich. We are looking for a driven individual eager for a new challenge and keen to progress within the role while helping to build on the continued success of the company. The ideal candidate will be able to fulfill multiple administration duties and supportive roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls as required.
2. Dealing with email inquiries.
3. Data entry.
4. Self-managing and organizing own time.
Key Attributes:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Previous administration experience.
3. Good IT proficiency skills, including Microsoft packages and our in-house systems (training will be provided).
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Professional approach.
7. Ability to work hard under pressure.
8. Flexibility.
9. Self-motivated.
10. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £23,753.60
Working Week: Mon to Fri
Ability to commute/relocate: West Bromwich, B70 7LH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
