We are recruiting for a Pension Payroll Administrator to provide a high quality payroll service to clients and customers.
This role is a hybrid position where you will work from our Aptia office in Chichester, as well as from your home address.
What you'll be doing:
* Dealing with a wide range of people and resolving queries.
* Using databases and online administration portals.
* Maintain accurate records of pensions deductions, and payments.
* Responsible for quality and accuracy of payroll administration and reconciliation for designated schemes.
* Processing Payrolls in accordance with Payroll cut off schedule.
* Supporting the Team Manager and other team members.
* Ensuring PAYE reconciliations are completed on a monthly basis in preparation for EOY submissions.
* Responding to data requests from auditors, escalating queries where necessary.
What we're looking for
* GCSE level including Mathematics and English, Grade C or above.
* Previous experience in administration environment.
* Self-motivated and committed to high levels of customer service.
* Good communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a positive 'can do' attitude.
* Good to have background in payroll, finance, or banking environment.
This role is based out of our Aptia office in Chichester.
