Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operation and programming of CNC machine tools, ensuring safety and competency. Manage projects professionally, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to engineering specifications, and staying within budget while maintaining proper project documentation for full traceability. Utilize the Field Service App to log daily tasks, document progress, and address any issues during visits. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, and participate in training programs to stay updated on new control systems and machine models. Travel across the UK and Ireland, with the flexibility to work away from home during weekdays. Candidate Requirements Essential: Siemens programming experience. Desirable: Knowledge of Fanuc or Heidenhain controls, 5-axis machining centers, and multi-tasking turning centers. Familiarity with Fusion 360 is advantageous. Time-served engineer with at least 5 years’ experience working with CNC turning and milling machine tools. Recognized engineering qualification with an apprenticeship. Residing in the Midlands area. Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
