Service Desk Technician
Viqu Limited is seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to join their team. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to the company's warehouse, office, and stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test, build, and configure hardware across the organization.
* Provide assistance to 250 computer system users.
* Incident trend analysis to resolve continuous problems and drive IT improvements.
* Understand user needs and suggest suitable software and hardware.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of Service Desk experience.
* Experience with Intune, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, M365, and Windows servers.
* Desirable – Mobile Device Management and ITIL experience.
* Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
