Job Description Our client, a prestigious and rapidly growing care provider, is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to support a luxury nursing home in Aylesbury.
What we are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and proactive Clinical Deputy Manager to take a leadership role in delivering outstanding clinical care. Working closely with the General Manager, you will oversee care services, mentor the team, and drive excellence in regulatory compliance and resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership & Care Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care tailored to their needs. Regulatory & Compliance Excellence: Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, working towards achieving an 'Outstanding' rating. Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and support the care team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Resident Wellbeing & Engagement: Promote a person-centred approach, ensuring residents lead fulfilling lives in a safe and nurturing environment. Quality & Risk Management: Serve as a super-user for care systems (e.g., MCM and RADAR), ensuring effective documentation and adherence to best practices. Operational & Financial Support: Assist the General Manager in budget planning, resource management, and strategic decision-making. Crisis & Incident Response: Provide strong leadership in challenging situations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes: Valid NMC PIN and a Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD). Proven experience in a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Services Manager, or similar leadership role (2+ years preferred). A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices in senior care. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
