This is an exciting opportunity to help students reach their full potential while gaining valuable experience in education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of the classroom, supporting teachers in delivering lessons and ensuring students have the resources they need to succeed. TA Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons alongside the teacher. Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with various learning needs. Help monitor and support student progress and offer constructive feedback. Encourage students’ participation and engagement in classroom activities. Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. Support the teacher in preparing classroom materials and resources. Help students with tasks, ensuring they understand instructions and subject content. Assist in the development and implementation of classroom activities. Promote positive behaviour management and help students develop social skills. Requirements needed for a Teaching Assistant: A degree in Psychology, Education or in a similar field. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or in a similar role is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting students’ learning. CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance, or a related qualification. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required. A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to student support.
