The purpose of the Resourcing Coordinator role is to support the sourcing, renewal, and onboarding activities of all temporary workers, delivering an efficient best practice approach to the organization while ensuring MIB is compliant in our obligations and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Resourcing Partner with initial resourcing discussions with MIB hiring managers on identifying a resourcing need and determining the type and source of resource required.
* Engage with the procurement team when temporary resources are needed from an external agency and follow the MIB vendor selection and onboarding processes.
* Support the Resourcing Partner in engaging with Recruitment agencies to discuss role requirements and start the search for suitable candidates.
* Organize and coordinate interviews and/or assessments with recruitment agencies and MIB hiring managers.
* Provide feedback to agencies following interviews and agree on start dates.
* Administer the QDOS IR35 status determination process by reviewing responses and providing necessary context and hiring manager approval.
* Liaise with the People Operations team regarding raising Purchase Orders.
* Ensure all temporary workers are added to the central register of temporary resources held by the People team.
* Upload all agreements to the DocuSign system and ensure they are signed by all relevant parties.
* Ensure all parties receive a copy of the final QDOS IR35 status determination before engagement commencement.
* Track contract end dates and ensure timely contract extensions where appropriate.
* Report on all temporary resourcing activity, providing data and insights to various MIB stakeholders.
* Act as an ambassador for MIB, positively representing the organization to external parties.
* Maintain and build good relationships with internal stakeholders and Recruitment Agency partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in a customer-centric role with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Proven administration experience in a busy environment.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience communicating with external and internal parties.
* Good administration skills with the ability to document processes and track progress.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Advanced IT skills, including strong Excel skills.
* Able to use discretion and handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* A sense of personal responsibility and proactivity to drive actions forward.
* A sense of pride in your work and the ability to positively represent MIB.
* Previous recruitment experience or knowledge of IR35 regulations would be an advantage.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
FTC for 6 months
Grade 9
35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
IT kit supplied
£320 (before tax) start-up allowance
Hybrid working (2 days in the office per week) from our Milton Keynes office, MK14
