Care Coordinator Thornbury Community Services (part of Acacium Group) Full Time, Permanent - Hybrid - Bristol, BS13 8BX £25,500 per annum Monday to Sunday- (7am - 9pm on a rolling rota) 9 day fortnight available Unlock your potential: As a Care Coordinator, you will be working alongside your team to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and healthcare workers. We require candidates that have the ability to manage a heavy workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is customer service based and requires a person with knowledge and experience of excellent customer service, knowledge of the healthcare industry, excellent telephone skills with a business focus to drive growth in the team and problem solving skills. Everyday you will Use your outstanding customer service experience to handle in & outbound telephone calls and emails being a point of contact for both our clients and candidates and responding to client queries quickly and with excellent customer service Take inbound/make outbound calls to workers in order to book them into shifts in the various community settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements Liaise with clients to confirm worker details, establish additional demand, promote nurse availability and enhance client relationships to support business growth. Work with the clinical and remote teams to ensure all administration is in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner. What's in it for you? A willingness to deal with high call volumes showcasing a positive and engaging manner with the ability to solve problems effectively.
