Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with property investment clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
2. Oversee post-purchase operations for clients, including follow-ups on property rental management and related activities.
3. Manage property projects for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
4. Assist clients in managing the financial aspects of their property, including tracking income and expenses, and providing regular reports.
5. Optimize client relationship management strategies, showcasing our services and expertise effectively.
6. Collaborate with the department head on other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience; background in client management, investment, or the real estate industry is preferred.
2. Professional Attributes: Strong sense of ethics, honesty, attention to detail, responsibility, and excellent execution skills. Able to work under pressure and possesses strong communication abilities.
3. Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong customer service mindset.
4. Languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required.
