ABOUT THE ROLE
Innovation and customer excellence sit at the heart of V360, we are actively seeking our first Sales Director to drive the growth of V360 and establish market share across multiple channels and markets.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of selling into the construction sectors or conventional security sectors, primarily focusing on technical deployments. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious and driven, with a competitive approach to multi-channel selling. The candidate should be naturally inquisitive towards the ambition of the company and the candidate will think like a stakeholder and will conduct themselves with integrity and honesty. The candidate should live and breathe technology products within Security, and should have both knowledge of what they’re selling and the ability to feed into how the product grows. This is not a position for anyone who hasn’t dealt with technology before.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with buyers
· Responsible for delivering on-target growth across all markets that V360 is targeting.
· Setting annual sales budgets
· Overseeing and managing the setup of a Sales Team, including a BDM in Year 1
· Driving sales throughout the UK by providing consistent engagement with the client base
· Identifying valuable emerging markets.
· Launching new products into the market.
· Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
· Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
· Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace.
· Attending client meetings to provide support and credibility.
