Join the team at Raised in Bristol, a not-for-profit social enterprise providing the very best early years education while brightening the local landscape by investing in our community.
We believe in the power of education to shape the future, and we’re looking for enthusiastic early years professionals to join our team and make an impact. Whether you’re seeking career growth, a fulfilling role, or simply a supportive work environment.
We’re looking for a Nursery Room Leader for the Baby Room at our nursery at Raised in Bristol at Easton Community Centre. This team is headed up by the lovely Megan our Nursery Manager and many of the team at this nursery have been with us for several years. They’re a supportive bunch – passionate about their work and the children.
This setting was the first Raised in Bristol nursery to open its doors back in early 2018. The annexe was purpose-built as a nursery when the community centre opened in 1989 and has been fully refurbished to return it to its original purpose. This is a 67 place and like all of our Raised in Bristol nurseries, it has a more relaxed feel than some larger settings.
At Raised in Bristol we offer play-led learning in a space that prioritises a nurturing environment with a focus on nature and nutrition as children take their first steps towards school.
The nursery is located in the vibrant community of Easton – just a 5-minute walk from Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill Roundabout, both have regular bus links across Bristol, also only a 10-minute walk from Stapleton Road train station and are easily accessible from across the city by bike. There is also free on-street parking in the local area.
