What You’ll Be Doing: In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of property management, tackling a variety of responsibilities including: Conducting property inspections, check-outs, and resolving deposit disputes with professionalism and care. Managing maintenance issues promptly, liaising with contractors, and ensuring tenants and landlords are satisfied with outcomes. Handling tenancy breaches and negotiating satisfactory resolutions with empathy and tact. Communicating effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions, building trust and ensuring excellent service delivery. You’ll also step in to support other areas of the business as needed, such as conducting property viewings or assisting with administrative tasks during busy periods. What You’ll Need to Succeed: We’re looking for a candidate who combines strong organisational skills with a personable and approachable demeanour. You should thrive under pressure, managing a diverse workload while maintaining a calm and professional attitude. Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to negotiate and manage expectations effectively. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, along with access to your own vehicle when pool cars are unavailable.
