We are a fast-moving, seed-stage startup revolutionising how public infrastructure companies improve worker compliance to build a safer physical world for the future. Education for deskless workers worldwide faces two critical challenges: entire industries still rely on spreadsheets to track knowledge and skill gaps, while outdated, mind-numbing PowerPoint presentations remain the go-to method for training.
While this situation is far from ideal, it presents a unique opportunity to reimagine compliance management and education from the ground up for over a billion deskless workers. That's where you come in!!
As a member of our founding sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in the evolution of Visibly, working alongside our Founder to drive new business and develop the GTM playbook.
If you thrive in a high-velocity sales environment and excel in fast-paced, competitive settings, this role is a great fit for you. We require three days a week in our central London office, as we believe in-person collaboration accelerates learning, strengthens our culture, and helps us build an iconic company faster.
In early 2024, we raised one of Europe’s strongest seed rounds from tier 1 investors, including Creandum and Seedcamp. Now, with traction building, we’re excited to build a team that cares intensely about delivering value to customers and driving commercial traction.
How you’ll make an impact
* You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
o Combine leading sales tech and problem-solving to identify, research and tailor messaging for new accounts and contacts.
o Lead the charge by introducing Visibly to the market through outbound calls, emails, and direct social.
o Build pipeline by booking and carrying out discovery calls and demos with qualified prospects.
o Collaborate with the Founder (and in time independently) to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
* Build a creative GTM motion through prior experience and experimenting with new technologies and approached.
* Work with the wider team to ensure our solutions meet market needs and are loved by our customers.
What we’d love to see
* Experience: You have demonstrable experience selling software at £10-20k ACV in an outbound setting where you haven’t been able to lean on a huge brand. You’ve worked out your own pattern of staying organised and efficient with your time, and you can handle a high throughput of varied work.
* Humility: You have a growth mindset - you make self-reflection a priority, you know what you don't know, crave feedback and look to improve every aspect of your sales methods and processes based on learnings, best practices, and data.
* Ambition: You’re self-motivated and consistently working hard, even in challenging and ambiguous situations. You hold yourself accountable for meeting daily expectations and targets and are motivated by achievement and financial rewards.
* Courage: You’re fearless in making new connections and building genuine, lasting relationships with prospects, clients, colleagues and partners at all seniority levels. You are a naturally curious self-starter - you are comfortable challenging your own ideas and those of others, asking why before how. You seek answers to complex and ambiguous questions.
* Communication: You’re a highly persuasive communicator in writing and over the phone. You can articulate complex ideas in a simplified way, reduce friction, drive urgency and provide clear and easy to understand guidance.
* Sales enthusiasm: A curious mindset with a genuine passion for sales. You are always eager to explore the latest advancements and enjoy balancing innovation with effective execution.
* Problem-solving: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a small team, where complexity, unknowns, and ambiguity are part of the journey. You enjoy collaborative problem-solving, approaching challenges with curiosity and a can-do attitude, asking "What's possible?”
