SRG are currently working with a long-term partner of ours in the Pharmaceutical industry to add a Business Data Analyst to them. As one of the global leaders in the space, they are going through continuous growth, with their UK division now looking to expand their Business Excellence team.
As a Business Data Analyst within the Business Excellence team you can expect to:
* Have input in key decision making across the UK business, using analytical solutions and data driven insight.
* Partner with key stakeholders within the business to support the overall strategy of the business and the execution of this.
* Develop and deliver data visualisation platforms for users.
* Work with both local and offshore teams, assisting the offshore teams to develop data visualisation tools aligned to business needs and timelines.
* Also work closely with stakeholders and the offshore teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
This role is perfect for anyone with a Healthcare or Life Sciences background within Data Analysis or Business Analysis.

If you're still interested by this stage, to be considered it's imperative that you have the below:
* Experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Analytical roles within the Healthcare or Life Sciences industries.
* Knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing, and ETL processes.
* Understanding of CRM and ERP systems.
* Direct experience with Data Visualisation and Analytics Platforms (Qlik is highly preferred but not required)
* Degree in a related field e.g. Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar area, is preferred.
* Ability to work 2-3 days in the office in one of the two locations listed (West Yorkshire or Essex); if based in the Essex office, this may mean travel to the other office on occasion - costs and accommodation covered by the business.
Please note: This position is hybrid and can be based in either West Yorkshire OR Essex in the UK.
