Job Duties:
* Supporting teachers in the classroom
* Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans
* Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
* Conducting behavioural observations and assessments
* Collaborating with school staff and parents to develop intervention strategies
Required Qualifications:
* Psychology degree or related qualification
* Experience working with children or young adults
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young adults
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Knowledge of behavioural interventions and strategies
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a school setting
* Additional training or certification in special education or child psychology
