Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Education Account Manager to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with schools, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and educators.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
* Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to help schools effectively utilize the platform.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
* Monitor and analyse usage data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, preferably within the education or SaaS sectors.
* Strong understanding of the educational landscape and the challenges faced by schools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
