Ashley High School are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative teacher to join our outstanding team. We are seeking an Maths teacher with experience of Autism/social communication and SEMH. The successful candidate will have the ability to form positive relationships and adapt to the needs of the pupils. You will be responsible for planning and delivering Maths lessons and qualifications across the school (You may be required to teach other subjects as and when necessary). The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching qualifications such as Entry Level and Level 1 Functional Skills and be able to teach to a wide range of abilities. Differentiation and individualised learning strategies are vital skills required to meet the needs of all our pupils who will have had varying degrees of success in their educational lives. You will also have the additional responsibility of being a form tutor. You will be tasked with creating exciting and inventive curriculums, aiming to utilise all of your resources and looking far beyond the confines of a classroom.
