Job Title: HR Advisor (3 months with possibility of extension) Client Sector: Public Sector About the Role: We are seeking an HR Advisor for a 3-month agency contract to support our client's HR team based at their offices in Lisburn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide key ER support and advice across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Providing guidance on workplace issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, advising managers on legal and ethical practices. Supporting investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, or harassment claims, and helps document findings. Developing and delivering training to managers and employees on ER topics like respectful workplace behavior or handling conflict. Collaborating with HR and leadership to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Essential Experience & Skills: CIPD Level 5 qualification and 2 years' HR experience. Experience in employee relations, HR administration, and managing employee queries. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
