Principal Engineer – Support Engineering (AR&M)
Location: Filton (flexible time on site)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: £50 per hour PAYE or £67.47 per hour Umbrella
The Principal Engineer – Support Engineering (AR&M) will be the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the delivery of AR&M modelling and element deliverables. Activities will be undertaken alone or as the lead of an AR&M team, with appropriate support of the Engineering Manager and AR&M Consultant Engineer.
The following activities are typical of work that may be carried out by the Principal Engineer – Support Engineering (AR&M), in full or part dependent on the role and the place the project is in the engineering lifecycle:
* Produce the full range of AR&M deliverables, including the AR&M Case and Case Reports.
* Provide oversight of AR&M administrative functions to maintain records within the Support Engineering department and to facilitate ILS activities.
* Undertake the evaluation and sign-off of the impact of engineering change on support deliverables for systems and equipment.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the AR&M engineering team.
* Provide technical expertise and a knowledgeable interface to suppliers and customers on AR&M matters.
