The Growth Company (GC) Employment team have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead a team of delivery staff and support staff to ensure successful delivery of a contract in order to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of prime contractors and commissioners.

Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals, from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.
This role will be working in a custodial setting across HMP Hull and Humber.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Operations Manager/Service Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of team targets for prime contractors and commissioners.
* Maximise the placing and sustainment of customers into jobs or learning.
* Lead and support a team of delivery and support staff to drive high levels of contract performance.
* Take a lead for the Operations Manager/Service Manager in driving P&L account results, including achievement of income targets, managing staff productivity, client spend and office costs.
* Development of local relationships to ensure a good range of provision to support customers.
* Improvement of local relationships and effective marketing activities to ensure the service receives customer referrals to meet contractual requirements.
* Delivery of high quality and compliant services to customers.
* Management of data integrity and data security, including maintenance of the required audit trail.
* Awareness of appropriate market intelligence and business opportunities/threats.
