We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, fleet maintenance and travel arrangements.
• Organise and maintain office files and documents, both physical and digital.
• Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Assist with the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
• Handle general inquiries and provide support to clients, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with project coordination and provide support to senior staff as needed.
• Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently, handling various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
• GCSE grade 4 or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude.
