About the Telesales Advisor Role A thriving local business is currently seeking Telesales Advisor to join their friendly team based at their office in Ombersley. This is an office-based role, and the company will consider full time or part time hours. If you have some prior experience in sales, customer service, retail or similar, and are comfortable talking to customers over the phone then this role could be a great fit for you This role would suit candidates from Worcester, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas. Responsibilities of the Telesales Advisor role: Answering incoming calls from customers Converting customer queries into appointment for the field sales team Making outbound calls to customers Updating the CRM accurately with customer information Working to targets to earn uncapped commission Following up with customers after their sales appointment Skills required for this Telesales Advisor role Friendly, personable, and enjoys talking to customers Not afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation Works well as part of a team Good attention to detail. Excellent communication skills Driven and eager to learn Must be prepared to work some weekend days on a rota basis Due to the office location candidates should have their own transport. Working hours are Monday to Friday, working alternate Saturdays or Sundays with a day off in that week. Part time hours are considered but this will also include the weekends
