Role Profile We have a fantastic opportunity for a Inclusion and Wellbeing Advisor to join our Responsible Business team to help drive forward the delivery of the firm's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy, taking the lead on supporting our employee resource groups, delivering internal D&I engagement programmes, providing delivery support to specific business areas, and delivering key projects as they arise. This is an exciting time to join the team following the arrival of our new Head of Responsible Business, Kate Millar, who joined OC in February 2024. This role can be based in any of our UK offices (London, Bristol, or Reading), and we support hybrid and flexible working patterns. About Us People are at the heart of our business and this is an exciting time to be supporting the firm in adapting to the future of work. Our Responsible Business team is highly respected for the central and strategic role it plays in making Osborne Clarke a great place to work. The team has grown rapidly over recent years, thanks to the firm's investment in our Osborne Clarke For Good framework, targets and programme delivery. Deliver a central programme of activity to drive the education and engagement of leaders and colleagues in D&I, including the Inclusive Allies programme, Reverse Mentoring, and OC Book Club. Support our wellbeing agenda by assisting the Mental Health Partner Steering Group Chair, engaging with our Mental Health Champions across the business, and partnering with the internal communications team to promote OC's wellbeing offering. Collaborate with the HR Advisors to help them embed diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing into their processes and interactions. Effectively capture and track participation and engagement in programmes, and make recommendations for improvements based on the data and insights collected. Actively manage own personal training and development, identifying any suitable development opportunities. Any other duties that may be required to ensure the efficient operation of the team.
