This new events role is a chance to make your mark and test your events and creative skills. Tees are a leading regional law firm, and we are looking for an experienced Events and Sponsorships Manager to join our growing dynamic marketing and business development team. The role will provide support across our practice areas and sectors, with an opportunity to work on a varied range of activities that fully support our strategic growth ambitions. This role can be based at either our Cambridge or Bishop's Stortford office with travel across other Tees sites. Key Tasks Create and execute engaging communications and content. Monitor event performance, manage analytics, and provide improvement recommendations. Liaise with suppliers, manage annual event calendars, and utilise social media for lead generation. Track KPIs, assess performance, and ensure events stay within budget. What We’re Looking For A creative thinker with a corporate or professional services background who can challenge norms and maximise engagement opportunities. Proven ability to deliver high-quality events under pressure, with strong multi-tasking and senior stakeholder management skills. Experience in writing effective communications, managing data, and tracking event performance analytics. A strong communicator with a solid network of suppliers and ideas.
