The Sales Representative's main tasks are:
1. Negotiates transportation agreements and processes bookings
2. Creates quotations based on pricing rules, profitability, and upselling
3. Identifies opportunities for profitable, long-term customer relationships
4. Collaborates with Handling and Sales teams on customer solutions
5. Manages LTC bookings and shares performance with sales team
6. Supports new business acquisition and follow-ups
7. Helps meet revenue and tonnage targets
8. Analyzes market and customer data with Commercial Team
9. Leads sales visits and shares competitor insights
10. Processes charter requests and manages CRM data
11. Promotes eChannel usage and follows up on Spot Quotes
12. Handles claims and complaints, coordinating with relevant teams
13. Participates in local sales events.

14. Strong customer service expertise
15. Advanced MS Office skills (reporting, presentations)
16. Quick to learn new systems, including Lufthansa Cargo’s
17. Strong sales and negotiation abilities
18. Excellent communication skills and team player mindset
19. Fluent in written and spoken English
20. Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
21. A current, full UK Driving Licence
