We are recruiting an Administrator to join a thriving company based in Halesowen. We are looking for someone with all round administration skills, good communication skills and who works well in a team. The salary is circa of £25000. It is an office based role.The main duties will be: Purchasing/packing parts Chasing delivery notes for supplier orders Hotel bookings Booking customer appointments Parking bookings for our engineers Answering the telephone Submitting Risk assessments and method statements for engineer visits Work uniform orders Stationary orders Undertake general administration duties The successful candidate will have the following skills: Excellent communication skills Well-presented and professional Can evidence high attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft packages In return the company will provide a competitive salary, new open plan offices to work in, parking and a friendly working environment.(Monday - Thursday 08.30am - 17.00pm & Fridays 08.30am - 15.00pm)
