1st Line Desktop Support Salary: £24k – £28K Location: Edinburgh – Morrison Street. 5 days onsite. What you will be doing An ambitious, sustainable and established law firm is seeking a 1st Line Onsite IT Service Desk Technician who would be to provide technical support to all users of the firms IT systems. As the first point of call, you will be recording, monitoring, diagnosing, resolving and escalating any technical problems which arise. You will also be involved in the IT installation and deployment service and provide instructions on how to use this technology effectively and effectively. Required skills Windows Server Operating systems. Office 365. Active Dictionary. Intune. A high degree of technical competence. Impeccable inter-personal and communication skills. Exceptional customer service experience. An IT qualification or previous IT experience. Preferred Skills Qualifications or experience in ITIL Foundation, Azure Fundamentals, iManage and Aderant.
