Job Title: CRM Manager
Location: Oldham
Salary: Up to £40,000
My client, a leading online retailer in the toys and games sector, is seeking a CRM Manager to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer interactions and drive long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a CRM strategy to improve retention, engagement, and revenue.
* Utilise customer insights to create targeted audience segments and personalised campaigns.
* Plan, execute, and optimise email and SMS marketing campaigns, including automation.
* Enhance the loyalty programme to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
* Conduct A/B testing to refine content, offers, and subject lines for improved engagement.
* Analyse customer data and campaign performance to support data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, and Customer Service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and industry regulations in all CRM activities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer retention, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
* Minimum of 2 years experience, ideally in FMCG or Cosmetics.
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
* Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and personalisation techniques.
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI.
* Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance optimisation.
* Knowledge of GDPR and compliance best practices for email and SMS marketing.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* A passion for the toys, games, and eCommerce industry is advantageous.
