The Job
The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and training of Arolflo suite of products to new and existing clients through consistent and effective training methods.
What You’ll Do
* Consult with clients to understand their business needs and priorities
* Document and map existing customer workflows to future product aligned workflows
* Provide guidance as a subject matter expert on the best practice adoption of Simpro Group’s solutions
* Coach customers on change management principles and how to best adopt solutions in their business
* Facilitate training and consultation sessions using a combination of online or face-to-face (travel required) formats
* Ensure customers ‘Go Live’ and successfully adopt our products - this may include additional post-implementation training
* Work on diverse problems where analysis of information requires evaluation of a range of factors
* Adapt style to different audiences and often advise others on difficult matters
* Maintain proficient knowledge of the Group’s products
* Leverage substantial business acumen and industry insights to provide a high level of customer service and consult effectively with customers
What You’ll Bring
* Excellent training delivery skills, with an ability to tailor methods to suit different needs.
* Experience in implementing software systems.
* Understanding of business processes and workflows.
* A professional and consultative approach.
* The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes.
* Confidence to adapt and learn new programs, and systems.
* Knowledge of accounting packages such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks.
* Knowledge of or experience in the trades.
