Position: Tech Concierge - Technical Support - Entry Level Location: Burgess Hill, UK Years of Experience: 0 - 2 years Details *This is an onsite role.Who you are:Good Communication Skills both Verbal and Written - English Good at working under pressure. Can do - attitude and drive to deliver above and beyond.Responsibilities: Greeting customers, helping them with computers issues.Access issues such as password reset Access issues, how to request access to correct data computer issues. Follow our procedures to diagnose issue and report issue. Computer: Place the company image on new laptops and deploy to end users. Conference Rooms: Provide AV support (we will train you) Reporting: update incidents in Servicenow. Training: Show our customers how to use EUC tools. Work closely with other members of the team to both learn and transfer knowledge. Team Player with proven communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment.Skills: Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner. Able to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality. Bring a diverse mindset to the team and willing to challenge the status quo.
