Reference: 5b03d016 I am a disabled lady having support and care at home from my husband together with a team of Personal Assistants (PAs). These Personal Assistants help with my personal care and support needs as necessary as well as undertaking a range of domestic tasks. I am on direct payment funding from Bath and North East Somerset Council to enable me to employ PAs for my care and support needs. I am currently looking for someone to join my team to work some regular weekday hours and if possible one or two weekend morning shifts a month. Some weekend evening working is also available. Please get in touch if interested in working all or just some of these shifts. I require someone to work every Tuesday evening (or possibly one other weekday evening as an alternativ day). Evening shifts are usually 3.50hrs in length with a start time of 7pm but there is possibly some negotiation on this. Also require someone to work a jobshare with 4 hours on a Friday morning every other week with the option of working 3.50 hrs on the alternate Friday afternoons. In addition morning Weekend shifts are available on a rota basis with other PAs (approx one a month) as well as two or more late afternoon/early evening Weekend shifts a month being available. Morning shifts are usually 4hours and afternoon/evening shifts are 3.50 hours. Weekday shifts are paid at £12.10 per hour and Weekend shifts at £12.70 per hour. The Bank Holiday rate is £13.10 per hour. There is also the option of undertaking holiday or sickness cover for other PAs and other weekday or weekend hours may be available at times at times. These hours of work will be contracted with 5.6 weeks paid leave per year based on regular working hours - to include Bank Holidays (as per the Statutory Leave Entitlement). Any candidate needs to be female due to the personal care nature of the work. A non smoker is required and will please need to know any candidate's Covid vaccination status. Experience is helpful but not essential as training will be given.
