I'm looking for a Site Manager in Gateshead to work on a planned works social housing contract, on an on-going contract.
The successful Site Manager will be needed to:
1. Manage subcontractors, teams and deal with any issues when needed
2. Manage all Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed
3. Be responsible for the overall management and day to day running of the site
4. Ensure projects are being delivered to a high specification and on time
Ideally, I'm looking for a Site Manager that:
5. Has their own Vehicle
6. Holds their SMSTS
7. Holds First Aid Qualification
8. Has Site Management experience running commercial or residential sites
9. Social Housing experience
In return, the successful Site Manager will receive:
10. 40 hours a week
11. £27 p/h
12. Long term work
